- Remember to update your live site to see your changes on your live URL.
- If you aren’t seeing changes to a page, close the page in all other tabs and windows, clear you browser's cache, and reload. Browsers may show older versions of a page if it is open elsewhere.
- If possible, please provide the URL from your staging site rather than a link to your live site or Site Pilot. Please make sure the URL accurately points to the issue you are reporting.
- If you aren’t sure if the problem is local to your computer, please check with other people on your team. This will help avoid troubleshooting charges, which apply when our team finds that the issue is not Firmseek related.
