• Incorporated a customized print material and proposal generation system that operates in real-time with the firm's web site database updates, thus increasing overall efficiency and ending the need to maintain multiple communication databases internally at the firm.
• Performed informal focus groups for the firm's recruiting web site for the stand-alone careers site and created user-specific law school pages for potential recruits that provide custom information based on the recruit's law school.

• Designed and developed informative, yet creative, ways to convey key information about the firm including interactive Pro Bono, Diversity and History pages of the site, a vibrant photo gallery on the careers site, downloadable podcasts and community service/attorney spotlights.
